Nothing is shipped

Pakka is software. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges apply.

When the service starts

The service is activated as soon as onboarding is complete — usually the same day, and within 2 working days of the first payment. Confirmation is sent to your WhatsApp on activation.

How it is delivered

There is nothing to install. The service runs on your own WhatsApp number; once onboarding is complete, the bot operates there.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
